How does SOS Sauve Moi work?
- Save up to 10 emergency contacts: family, friends, neighbours
- If you are in danger, a one-second press on the SOS button triggers the alert, with 3 seconds to cancel by mistake
- Your GPS location is sent by SMS to your contacts over the GSM network, with no Internet needed
- If a contact also has the app, their phone sounds an alarm so they don't miss your call for help
Why SMS alerts?
Most alert apps depend on the Internet. Yet in many situations — poor coverage, no data left, congested network — data fails while the GSM network can still send an SMS. SOS Sauve Moi is built for those moments.
More than an emergency button
- “I'm heading home” mode: share your location during a trip until you arrive
- Emergency mode works without creating an account
- Restore your data when you change phones
- Available in French and English
- Privacy first: no permanent tracking — your location is only used during an SOS or an “I'm heading home” trip
Who is it for?
- People travelling alone, day or night
- Parents who want to protect their children
- Elderly or vulnerable people and their families
- Lone workers, drivers, sales reps and field teams
